With world’s second largest and world’s youngest population, our country has a vast opportunity to lead the upcoming decades with jobs created under Initiatives like “Skill India” and “Make In India”. We are using this vast workforce in transforming the dream of a good job and better livelihood possible.
Power To Empower works with Partnering with Govt. models such as National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) to play a key role in maintaining the momentum of skilling programmes. Developing strong partnerships with the government, NGOs and other relevant stakeholders is a key requirement for achieving any significant impact at scale for a long run.
Our robust monitoring procedures ensure the training period to be of continuous learnings and physical demonstration of practicals as it helps the enrolled students learn from mistakes and develop a set of best practices. Our project experts understand the effectiveness and ability to establish the undertaken projects in viable timelines.

The most inclusive form of skill development training Power To Empower is focused on is the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) at every level. The targets group for this program would be school dropouts at village level. There are about 68 per cent women learners and male contribute to about 53 per cent of school dropouts. P2E is opening hundreds of vocational training centres per state across the nation for training as many underserved youth as possible.
